Die bestehende Gebäudestruktur bildet die Grundlage für eine zeitgemäße Verdichtung dieses hochwertigen Schulviertels. Die hervorragenden Qualitäten der bestehenden Freiflächen für den Sport im Osten und die neue Schulstraße im Westen stellen das neue Schulgebäude in den Mittelpunkt und schaffen ein Gesamtkonzept.
Über einen wettergeschützten Haupteingang im Norden gelangt man durch einen großen Windfang in das Gebäude. Das Herz der Schule ist die große neue Halle mit gemeinsamen Umkleideräumen, Tribünen, Versammlungs- und Diskussionsräumen und einem klar strukturierten Zugang zu den verschiedenen Zentren. Außerdem ermöglicht dieser im Gartengeschoss gelegene Empfangsbereich einen fließenden Übergang zu einem geschützten Schulhof.
Der in Holzleichtbauweise errichtete Anbau bietet eine schnelle, saubere und vorgefertigte Baustelle. Alle bestehenden Fassaden werden von außen isoliert.

La structure existante du bâtiment constitue la base d'une densification contemporaine de ce quartier scolaire de grande qualité. Les excellentes qualités des espaces ouverts existants pour le sport à l'est et la nouvelle rue de l'école à l'ouest placent le nouveau bâtiment scolaire au centre et créent un concept global.
Une entrée principale, protégée des intempéries et située au nord, permet d'accéder au bâtiment par un grand porche. Le cœur de l'école est le vaste nouveau hall, avec des vestiaires communs, des gradins, des espaces de réunion et de discussion et un accès clairement structuré aux différents centres. En outre, cet espace d'accueil situé au rez-de-jardin permet une transition fluide vers une cour de récréation protégée.
L’extension construite en bois léger offre un chantier rapide, propre et préfabriqué. Toutes les façades existantes sont isolées par l’extérieur.

The existing structure of the building forms the basis for a contemporary densification of this high-quality school district. The excellent qualities of the existing open spaces for sport to the east and the new school street to the west place the new school building at the centre and create an overall concept.
A weather-protected main entrance on the north side provides access to the building via a large porch. The heart of the school is the vast new hall, with communal changing rooms, bleachers, meeting and discussion areas and clearly structured access to the various centres. In addition, this reception area on the garden level provides a seamless transition to a protected playground.
The extension, built in lightweight timber, is fast, clean and prefabricated. All the existing facades are insulated from the outside.
